Sapphire Shores

We had an unbelievable stay — the property was fantastic and the finishes were great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the pool lights were not working, which was a shame given how beautiful the backyard is. Other than that, no issues at all. Would definitely consider staying again — it truly does sleep the number it states, and the place is immaculate and huge.

I organized a joint family vacation and got two houses — Sapphire Shores and one a street over. Sapphire came with two golf carts, perfect for carting people between houses, and it was the main house for everyone. More than enough space — even with everyone hanging out during the afternoons and evenings, it still felt spacious. I'm big on home cooking, and this kitchen was amazing, with almost any tool you'd need to cook for a crowd. The team was incredibly responsive to any needs or questions, and the whole process was smooth from booking to checkout. A magical vacation — we can't wait for the next trip!

Our week in Destin at Sapphire Shores was our first attempt at a four-generation family vacation, and the property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone, all 25 of us, had a great time. Many wonderful memories were made — including my granddaughter becoming engaged on the beach! The week was such a success that we're returning next year. Thank you for making it possible.

Presentations and group discussions were easily facilitated in the large family room. The responsiveness of the host was incredible — even a grill maintenance issue was immediately addressed and resolved after a single text. I will absolutely consider this home for future trips to the area.

This house was truly a dream — beautiful and great for large groups. We went for a corporate retreat and it was perfect because almost every single bedroom had its own bathroom, so we all felt like we had our own private suite. 10/10. Highly recommend staying here if you can!

Chris and the Destin Dreamers management team made sure our stay was perfect. There was one hiccup around the hot tub heat and they solved it — that's all anyone can ask. I mention it only to give confidence that if a challenge arises, this team will make it right. They even visited the home to ensure our stay was excellent. Top home, top service, excellent location — can't go wrong with this one!

We are very pleased with this home! Everyone in our group was amazed. The kitchen is huge, easy to cook in, with all the utensils we needed, and we loved the dining table. We didn't need to go out for attractions — there's a large pool, ping pong, pool table, arcade, and two golf carts to explore Destin. The beach was walking distance, perfect with kids. The management team made our stay perfect!

In total there were 28 members of the family, ages 11 months to 68. The house is modern, clean and well appointed. The location is excellent — a very short walk to the beach with plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The two electric golf carts were a huge hit, and we visited the rooftop bar at the Henderson Resort often. We had minimal issues, and whatever came up was remedied in a timely manner. Plenty of space and an immense backyard pool made for a memorable family getaway. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Sapphire Shores the week before Christmas. Destin Dreamers was very responsive with questions and suggested things to do in Destin in winter. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. A highlight was the amazing kitchen and living space — plenty of room to hang out, cook together, eat as a family, and play games. The hot tub and pool area were great even in unseasonably cold weather. We had 5 grandparents over 70, and the elevator came in handy moving between floors and loading luggage. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and central to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Our family will definitely be coming back to Destin in the summer!

Absolutely great house! It was my fiance and I's 50th 3-day birthday event with a select group of family and close friends — everyone absolutely loved the house. More beautiful and much bigger than expected, very spacious, clean and well maintained. Accommodated with everything you can imagine, from detergent and toiletries to pots, wine glasses, slow cookers, and board games. I brought my own supplies thinking the house would only have a minimal amount, but didn't need any of it. Management responded immediately when I thought something was wrong with the garbage disposal. Great location — best in the summer months to enjoy the pool and beach. It's worth the price.

Before arriving, communication with property management was timely and proactive — we even got an early check-in message while shopping. The house was immaculate, with clean linens and functional, clean appliances (a bonus, as other Destin homes we've stayed in didn't meet this standard). Our group of about 30 adults had beds to accommodate everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach proximity ideal — most of our party walked. Plenty of functional space, a nice-sized kitchen with ample storage (we brought a chef, and her team enjoyed it), reliable WiFi, and a simple checkout. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

We had 22 family members and room to spare. The pool was excellent for kids and adults, and the kitchen and living area were big and perfect for cooking and hanging out together. We were concerned it wouldn't be as fun since it isn't on the beach, but we ended up staying in the house and pool most of the time, which was so much fun. The beach is super close and easily accessible. Plenty of entertainment to keep the kids busy. Communication was excellent and attentive. Would absolutely recommend this house — if we do another trip to the area, we'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Sapphire Shores for 18 days over the Thanksgiving holiday with the whole family. The home was wonderfully decorated, well taken care of, and deserving of praise. We had over 18 people and everyone enjoyed themselves — it could have easily fit 30. We fit all 18 of us at the large dining room table for family meals, and the large kitchen made meal prep easy. The kids especially enjoyed the heated pool and game room, and my daughters loved the bunk rooms. The team checked in to make sure our stay was wonderful. The two included golf carts made it easy to get around even though we were only a few hundred feet from the beach. An enjoyable trip and a beautiful home — we'll definitely be back and make this an annual event.

My husband and I came down to renew our wedding vows with our friends and family — what a magical time! From the moment we walked in, we were in heaven. We've stayed at many other places and this by far surpassed anywhere we've stayed — truly the most incredible place we've ever stayed that wasn't a resort. There was nothing more we could have asked for. Thank you for giving us an incredible place to celebrate with our family and friends.

The house was beyond what we dreamt it would be! From the moment we walked in, it was breathtaking. The pictures do not do the home justice — it far exceeds what you think it would be. Very clean, great amenities, a very nice pool, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. We are certainly booking again!

This property was paradise for my large family. Amazing photos, but even better in person. There were plenty of excursions and activities to take part in, but we never wanted to leave the house — we had everything we needed without leaving. We had never been to Destin, but will definitely be going back!

Place was great and met all of our needs. We've been coming to Destin for 12 years and this was our first time here. I would recommend a separate heater for the hot tub — it was hard to get warm after golf since it stays heating the pool during the day. Other than that, the place was amazing. Will stay again next year.

It was amazing — the house was fantastic and the private pool was a great size for our large family of 31. It was our first time staying in a house all together, and this house was spacious with a very large kitchen, living, and dining area for our family meals. The weather was fabulous and the beach only a short walk away. We loved it!

We had a great time. Walkable to the beach, food, and activities, or a quick ride with the golf carts. The place was well stocked — we had a party of 20 and didn't have to do a run for toiletries, with plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels for a 4-day stay. The home was very accommodating and we had prompt customer service; an issue was addressed within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to any large group. We also found the elevator inside the unit most accommodating, as we had some elderly adults with us.

This was an absolutely amazing home and experience! The pictures did not do this home justice — much bigger than we expected from top to bottom and to the pool. The team was very responsive to our questions and we will most definitely be staying with them again next year. They have other properties with the same type of home, and we look forward to staying at those too!

Perfect space to hold our annual company appreciation trip for all our employees' families — everything was great and there was plenty of room!

Great house for a large group. The pool was not working and they responded quickly, got it fixed right away, and provided a small credit — great service. Follow the rules for sure: trash day was Tuesday and we put the cans out Monday night, but the trash wasn't taken, and we got a $100 ticket for leaving it out. Frustrating. Also, don't park in the driveway blocking the sidewalk — that results in a fine as well.

Great place and a great location. We had family ages 2 to 83 and this place worked for everyone. It's hard to find a place that works so well for a family of our size, and this was near perfect. A big shout out to the cleaning staff — I very rarely give above 4 stars for cleanliness because I'm picky, but this place gets all the stars for cleanliness and communication. Highly recommend.

The house is amazing — one of the rare times the pictures do not do it justice. The main floor with the kitchen is perfect for spending a lot of time together. The beach is a quick stroll away (less than 4 minutes) with great access. Highly recommend this property.

Home was beautiful and just like the pictures. We had very high winds one evening and maintenance came around the next day to check on us and the home. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen stocked with all appliances and dishes. Would lease again.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room were big enough for all of us to enjoy breakfast and time together. The private pool was so much fun, especially after the beach, which is only a short walk away. And if you don't feel like walking, you can use one of the two golf carts! The location is also a short drive from many restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hosted a retreat for 30 women from around the country, and the space this house provided was incredible. The pictures online definitely held up to the true in-person beauty. We had a few hiccups and the team was very quick to send out a tech to resolve them. Being 2 blocks from the beach and having two golf carts were perfection as well!

We had 24 friends and family for our small wedding, ranging in age from 18 months to 85 years old. The beach is only a block and a half away, which made it perfect for a wedding on the beach. The golf carts were perfect, and management was quick to respond to any questions or needs. We would definitely rent again!

Our family, ranging from 18 months to 79 years, had a wonderful time at Sapphire Shores. The accommodations were wonderful, with a great pool and location. The staff was easily accessible for any needed repairs. The beach towels and sand toys were so appreciated, and we enjoyed the golf carts. The location to the beach made multiple trips daily quite easy. I would highly recommend this property.

We reserved this home for our annual girls trip. The home is incredible and exactly as the pictures showed. Plenty of room for 20 women to enjoy their stay, and it's a block away from the beach. Our group enjoyed all of the amenities that come with this home.

The house is absolutely amazing! I bring in 10 pastors for training, and everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It has an amazing pool and hot tub. I can't find another house as nice anywhere.

Absolutely fabulous! Room for all 38 of us to find a quiet corner or be a group in the pool or at the beach. Golf carts took us everywhere close by. Amazing kitchen space let us cook for everyone with great counter space.
