Great house — clean, spacious, golf cart, plenty of parking, quick walk to the beach. Our family trip was perfect!

Absolutely loved this house — we've been coming to this area for years and this is the best house yet. Plenty of room for 20 people. Huge hot tub, great pool, rec room with pool table, and the theater room was a huge hit. Spacious kitchen with a sitting area, huge fridges, and plenty of ice makers. Everyone loved the beds. The perks of some free golf and use of a golf cart were a plus. Can't beat the area — we'll be back!

Although expensive over the holiday, it was amazing! Clean, large, and met our family's needs, with great customer support. Everything was pristine, the kitchen well-stocked, the golf cart handy, and there were pool towels, bikes, and beach toys. We had a family ping-pong tournament, used the pool table and video games, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and used the movie theater many times. We have never stayed at such a nice place — one of our favorite family gatherings, with lots of family time and memories.

Wonderful place, pretty close to the beach — about a 6-minute walk. The golf cart is a great addition and convenient for daily runs. We will definitely come back.

Lots of fun with the movie theater, pool table, ping pong, game machine, and outdoor spaces. Plenty of parking, close to the beach, and the bikes worked great. Easy to take advantage of the discounted golf. The host was very responsive. The only downside was the hot tub never got hot despite two service attempts — the pool heating worked well. Overall, we'd definitely recommend!

It's in a great, quiet spot, a short walk to the ocean and short drive to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Customer service was responsive and professional. I gave 4 stars because the pool water was dirty and there was broken glass on the pool deck when we arrived, which cut into our week to sort out. The pool-door alarm was quite intense. We did have a great time, and it's a great place for a large group.

We had an amazing vacation at this home! The house is very large and with the wonderful outdoor spaces it feels even bigger. We loved watching movies in the theater room, relaxing in the pool, and playing pool and ping pong. A fantastic stay — I highly recommend Chris, Jamie and the home on Payne Place!

We recently stayed at an immaculate home for our vacation, and it was a total redemption from a previous experience. The host was extremely communicative. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need. Just a short walk from the beach with stunning white powdery sand. The pool and backyard were fabulous, complete with a cozy fire pit, and we loved having bicycles and golf carts. Worth every bit of its value — this stay is the standard we expect. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to families.

It was a wonderful week. We stayed with a large group and each had a room with a bathroom, plus pool towels. We used 4 bicycles and a golf cart to reach the beach, a 5-minute walk away. The pool was serviced and clean. We arrived 2 hours early and the host allowed us to check in earlier, which was important to us, and quickly answered all our questions. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house — pleasant memories and impressions.

Overall we had a great stay. There were a few small communication issues in the beginning, but we had a fantastic time. The house is tucked away just enough, but close to the beach and points of interest. The hosts are extremely quick to respond and willing to help. If you're considering this place — do it!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous home for 8 days. The beds were so comfortable and the amenities were superb. The game room was a hit, and some loved the movie theater with its comfortable chairs. The outdoor fire pit, pool, and jacuzzi were a highlight — I highly recommend heating the pool in winter. The decor was beautiful, and we loved the air fryers and ice machine. All rooms were spacious except the small second-floor bunk room. I will choose this home over and over. Highly recommend — you will not regret it!

Our stay with 20 girls was incredible. A kitchen on each floor was so handy, and there was ample seating in the living/dining area. The space is clean and in great condition. Location near the beach and Pompano Joe's (3-4 blocks) was awesome, and Ubers were easy. The beach is beautiful — white sand, no trash. The walking path parallel to the beach was great in the mornings. Chris and team were more than attentive. The garage full of beach toys was a bonus, and we donated an over-the-pool volleyball net for future guests. We loved our time!

This place was perfect for our family reunion. We loved everything about it — perfect location, so much to do, and the golf cart was perfect for getting around to nearby places and the beach. Definitely at the top of our list for vacation spots. Will be back for sure!

The amenities — the balcony's stunning view, swimming pool, hot jacuzzi, fire pit nights with s'mores, movie theater, and game room — were thoroughly enjoyed. The walk to the beach and bike rides were pleasant, and the golf cart added to the experience. This beautiful private home exceeded our high expectations. Chris, Jamie, and the co-host were actively engaged in responding to our inquiries. This stay undoubtedly warrants a 10-star rating and is highly recommended.

This house was so much better than the pictures! We were amazed at how spacious it was — plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kids loved the e-bikes and the golf cart. The hot tub was huge and a real hit. I was amazed how stocked the house was, from kitchen supplies to pool towels. Would definitely stay again!

We traveled with 4 other families (10 adults, 7 kids) and everyone had a great time — more than enough space without feeling cramped. The included golf cart was a bonus, and the 2 e-bikes were a lot of fun. There were also beach chairs, sand toys, and a pull cart. We left a cooler and toys for the next families. We paid extra for the heated pool in February — an absolute must. Management and maintenance handled any minor issues immediately. A wonderful stay.

Everything about this property was amazing! The cleanliness, the pool, the fenced-in backyard for privacy and pets, the size, the openness — it was all amazing! The property manager was great to work with and very responsive. Everyone in our group enjoyed the property and were amazed by the size and beauty of it! We definitely have discussed staying there again.

Very welcoming. The only problem was that we lost two days of pool heat — we paid before check-in for a heated pool but it wasn't turned on, and had to call to get someone to turn it on the first day.

Peaceful Palms' layout is optimal for multiple families to enjoy. The kitchen is massive with multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, and garbage cans, making large meals and gatherings much easier. Kids and adults will be entertained with the game room and movie theater. Each floor has its own kitchenette, convenient regardless of which floor your room is on. Every room has its own bathroom, plus an outdoor bathroom for the pool. We will be back — the location and privacy of the lot, along with the features, are what will make us repeat visitors. Cheers!

Overall was good — a few minor problems (the freezer section of the main fridge not working, the elevator and hot water intermittent, and the coffee pot). It kept blowing breakers even though they didn't feel overloaded. The pool was good, the house was good, and the beds were great, with lots of space. The owner responded quickly overnight. Loved all the free activities — golf cart, e-bikes, and game room. Needs a couch. Thank you all.

The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. I was here for my wedding in 30A and invited family and friends to stay with me. We had a wonderful time and plenty of room. The theater room was my favorite spot to entertain.

None of the amenities worked for what we chose and paid for, and it's an expensive house. The spa jacuzzi jet didn't work; the elevator didn't work, so the elderly guests were stuck to one floor; golf cart access took a whole day. There were big ants in a room and a roof leak causing a wet floor and trip hazard. We kept asking for help, but were told nothing could be fixed during our stay.

Wonderful home for our group of 24! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for adults and active teenagers. The main-floor kitchen and gathering area was perfect for a large group, and we loved the indoor/outdoor social area on the first floor!
