Sapphire Shores rises four stories over Destin, a short stroll from the sand, with Gulf sunsets that climb all the way to a rooftop crow's nest. Finished in 2021 and built for 38 guests across 11 bedrooms, every floor offers something different — a game floor, a gathering floor, a floor of master suites, and a 360-degree tower at the top. An elevator connects them all.
Completed in 2021 under codes that have since changed, Sapphire Shores is grandfathered at its full scale — eleven bedrooms and four floors steps from the Gulf. There will never be another like it on the Emerald Coast.

Starter supplies get you through the first day or two; for a full week with a large group, plan to restock consumables. A personalized welcome gift is provided during your stay.

Everyone gets their own ensuite bedroom, the great room and big screen handle presentations, and a conference-style dining table seats 16 comfortably — keeping the whole team together for working sessions and meals. When the agenda's done, the pool, rooftop, and golf simulator turn it into a reward.

"This home is spectacular. Obviously wonderful for family gatherings, yet it was likewise a perfect venue for my sales team planning session — involving 11 adults! Everyone had his own bedroom.
