So we offer something most of the coast can't: The Mirage Estate — all three of our Emerald Coast homes, reserved together as a single private compound. Together they sleep up to 98 guests across 28 bedrooms, each home with its own pool and golf cart, all within a five-to-ten-minute hop. Close enough to feel like one gathering; private enough that everyone still has their own retreat. Because it requires all three calendars to align, the Estate is available only a handful of times each year, by private arrangement.
