Sapphire Shores rises four stories over Destin, a short stroll from the sand, with Gulf sunsets that climb all the way to a rooftop crow's nest. Finished in 2021 and built for 38 guests across 11 bedrooms, every floor offers something different — a game floor, a gathering floor, a floor of master suites, and a 360-degree tower at the top. An elevator connects them all.

We stayed at Sapphire Shores for 18 days over the Thanksgiving holiday with the whole family. The home was wonderfully decorated, well taken care of, and deserving of praise. We had over 18 people and everyone enjoyed themselves — it could have easily fit 30. We fit all 18 of us at the large dining room table for family meals, and the large kitchen made meal prep easy. The kids especially enjoyed the heated pool and game room, and my daughters loved the bunk rooms. The team checked in to make sure our stay was wonderful. The two included golf carts made it easy to get around even though we were only a few hundred feet from the beach. An enjoyable trip and a beautiful home — we'll definitely be back and make this an annual event.

We stayed at Sapphire Shores the week before Christmas. Destin Dreamers was very responsive with questions and suggested things to do in Destin in winter. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. A highlight was the amazing kitchen and living space — plenty of room to hang out, cook together, eat as a family, and play games. The hot tub and pool area were great even in unseasonably cold weather. We had 5 grandparents over 70, and the elevator came in handy moving between floors and loading luggage. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and central to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Our family will definitely be coming back to Destin in the summer!

Absolutely great house! It was my fiance and I's 50th 3-day birthday event with a select group of family and close friends — everyone absolutely loved the house. More beautiful and much bigger than expected, very spacious, clean and well maintained. Accommodated with everything you can imagine, from detergent and toiletries to pots, wine glasses, slow cookers, and board games. I brought my own supplies thinking the house would only have a minimal amount, but didn't need any of it. Management responded immediately when I thought something was wrong with the garbage disposal. Great location — best in the summer months to enjoy the pool and beach. It's worth the price.
